The bridge loan program is designed for sponsors/borrowers interested in purchasing or refinancing a property quickly, close on a time-sensitive deal or to bridge the gap until conventional financing is available.

Our Program is designed for experienced borrowers focusing on redeveloping residential properties, providing up to 80% financing on the purchase price and up to 100% of renovation costs. Provided the ARV (After Repair Value) does not exceed 70%.

Loan Type Non-owner-occupied residential properties, fix and flips, refinance, bridge loans and ground up construction

Amortization Interest only with a balloon payment at maturity

Funding Up to 75% of the purchase price; up to 100% of the renovation budget.

Post-Repair Loan To Value Max of 65% in judicial states, max of 70% in non-judicial foreclosure state.
